Can Roger Federer Go Through ?
With the Nos . 1 , 3 and 4 players all out , this could be the Swiss star's best chance
at the French Open , the only Grand Slam he's never won .

over German veteran Tommy Haas .

The Swiss ace nearly faced defeat when the German veteran won 2 sets out of 5 sets played at the beginning of the game .
Defeat was in sight for Federer , as his backhands , volleys and forehands were wasted .
But by God's willing , Federer bounced back on the third set , proving to Tommy that the Swiss ace isn't going out of the match that easily .
Miraculously , Federer won 2 sets , equaling the German veteran . At this point , Federer's shots are way better and his forehands rarely fail . His famous volleys are finally working as Tommy Haas was pushed back and forth throughout the court .
Federer served the last set , with grace and skills he pulled through , ending the gutsy game in favor of Federer . ( 6-7 , 5-7 , 6-4 , 6-0 , 6-2 )
Jaden's Point of View : In my point of view , Federer has definitely grown much stronger , physically and mentally as he is much more patient on the court compared with the Australian Open . He has a tendency to lose the first few matches , probably to seek out his opponents weakness and maybe wear his opponents out in France's afternoon heat . His play against Tommy Haas definitely proved that the Swiss ace never gives up no matter in what condition he faces .
Many star players such as Andy Murray ( Britain ) and Jo Wilfried Tsonga ( France ) literally gave up their match after two losses against Fernando Gonzalez and Juan Martin del Portro , repectively .
Definitely , if Federer keeps up with his will to win and ability to change things round , he might not only win the French Open but every other tournament there is , without having to fear Rafael Nadal might take away his championship .
