Roger Federer cruised through to the quarter-finals after defeating Tommy Robredo by a comprehensive 7-5 , 6-2 , 6-2 . He will face French Open nemesis , Robin Soderling in the quarter-finals , tonight ( Thursday morning ) .
Marin Cilic defeated Andy Murray of Britain by a shocking 7-5 , 6-2 , 6-2 . Jo Wilfried Tsonga also faced a stunning exit after being destroyed by Fernando Gonzalez by 3-6 , 6-3 , 7-6 , 6-4 .
Besides that , Rafael Nadal took Gael Monflis out by 6-7 , 6-3 , 6-1 , 6-3 .
On the women's draw , Na Li of China was defeated by former US Open champion , Kim Clijisters by 6-2 , 6-4 .
Serena Williams however won Flavia Penetta by 6-4 , 6-3 and will face Kim Clijisters at the semi-finals .

definitely be Kim .
She has shown me very good plays , and fantastic tennis . Proving that
a comeback , former champion is still able to play great tennis .
