Superstition: Lucky Charms

Some people think that it is lucky to find a four-leaved clover or to pick up a penny that you have found on the ground. Other people carry a rabbit's foot, or hang a horseshoe above the door to have good luck. In the UK people say that it is lucky if a black cat walks across your path, but in the US this is considered unlucky.
