RONBO COMMENTS ON "IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT" BY ROBIN OF BERKELEY

I have no doubt their are millions of Christians and Patriots in this country who agree with Robin of Berkeley's latest essay, "It's The End Of The World As We Know It." In the words of Glenn Beck "The Perfect Storm" to destroy this country and the world-as-we-know-it has come ashore. The United States of America faces revolution, civil war, world war, economic collapse and a barbarian invasion already in progress across a thousand plus miles of our southern border with Mexico.

In the history of mankind no nation, including the mighty Roman Empire, survived the destruction and anarchy that America faces. In fact, if one looks at the hard cold reality of situation it does border on hopeless. One is tempted to follow the advice of experts and buy gold, camping equipment, guns, ammunition, food in order to head for the hills with family and friends to create a New Camelot in isolation.

The human condition: Fight or Flight.

I say most Americans will stand and fight. Yes, the situation is hopeless. We Patriots are surrounded by enemies on all fronts. We don't stand a snowball's chance in hell of coming out of this great trial with our country secure and our flag flying. I venture to guess many American Patriots will fight, but in their minds they fight for a "Lost Cause" and expect to be overwhelmed by superior numbers like the 300 Spartans were by the million man Persian army.

On the other hand, we can give thanks to God that our generation has been given the mission of saving the country and the world from a "New Dark Age." I will grant you that American Patriots are few in number when the population of the world is considered; however, the pages of history is filled with examples of small numbers of determined men and women defeating far larger formations. The battle does not always go to the stronger side, but often to the most intelligent and active side.

In any event, American Patriots will not fight alone. We have on our side the Good Lord who will inspire us to heroism in the defense of liberty. Yes, the coming years will be filled with pain, cruelty and suffering beyond belief. Many American Patriots will die in battle, prison, famine and by disease. But we will not give up; we will never surrender.

So to war. I feel sorry for our enemies. I really do. They will rue the day they thought they could destroy the United States of America. All they will have accomplished is to have awakened a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve. At the end of this terrible conflict Americans will be far fewer in number but be made far stronger by trial of arms.
